Project Hempton House
Hempton House was a complete renovation project (4,500 sq/ft), including the creation of a new basement floor. The project took 2 years in total and every detail of the property was thoroughly considered, resulting in a coherent refined style flowing throughout the home.
Hempton House is a striking home with many natural textures, tones and raw materials such as polished concrete, marble and oak flooring. The statement kitchen crittal doors which lead to the garden, and the wrap-around kitchen rooflight and internal window, allow light to flood into the home.
The basement consists of a large media room with incredible high ceilings, a study boasting wonderful natural light, a gym, utility room, and a bedroom ensuite.The style throughout the property has a timeless and elegant feel, where period features were reinstalled, made complete with bespoke joinery, carefully selected finishes, accessories and artwork.
Ottosam Designs was responsible for the entire interior design, working closely with the project architects.
